RENEWED Ministries Update

RENEWED Ministries Update – 21 December

This is the RENEWED Ministries update for 21 December 2020 as provided by Reverend Courtney Richards.

Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.

Hello friends and prayer partners. A very blessed and holy Advent season and best wishes and prayers for a joy filled Christmas as we celebrate, this Friday, December 25, the gift of Christ Himself, born of a virgin to be our Saviour and to establish His Kingdom on earth. This is what Luke wrote in his Gospel:

But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”

Luke 1:30-33 (NIV)

So we say, “Hallelujah! Praise you Jesus, our Saviour and our King!” What a God! What a Saviour and King!

By any and every measure, this has been a tough year due especially to the coronavirus which has affected us all in different ways. However, we are very thankful to God for keeping us and for providing for us in the midst of great need and despair around the world. Indeed, God has used us in RENEWED Ministries and you as our partners to pray for and help many needy persons all over the world and in particular in Africa and Asia with food and helping with other financial needs. We are grateful to God for all He has done and continues to do in us and through us. PRAISE TO THE MOST HIGH GOD!  We are grateful to you also for your partnership with us in this ministry.  THANK YOU!

We look forward to the new year, God willing, and all that is before us with the deepest resolve and commitment to continue to serve God and His Kingdom in the places He has sent us in Africa, Asia and here in the Caribbean. We NEED your continued prayers and financial support. You have been a faithful partner with us for many years and we thank God for each of you.

Next year, as I told you in my last update, we are looking forward to celebrating 25 years of ministry (more information to follow on this in the new year).  We will also be engaging in Africa missions 2021 to South Africa, Kenya and Uganda and especially expanding the ministry to other African countries as we meet, for the first time, with select leaders from Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Burundi, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan as well as refugees from Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somalia who live in Nairobi, Kenya and Kampala, Uganda. Our plan is to meet with these leaders from the various countries above in Nairobi and Ukunda, Kenya and in Jinja, Uganda. We are committed to meeting all of their expenses for them to come and meet with us as we start this initial phase of expansion in East Africa. SO WE NEED YOUR PRAYERS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ALL THESE MINISTRIES AND OTHER MINISTRIES IN 2021 AND BEYOND!

We thank those who have faithfully given and we encourage others to give, even if it’s a small gift of $10, $20 or $25 per month. We need those regular monthly gifts as well as one time gifts. All are welcome for Kingdom building. So please consider giving to RENEWED Ministries.

You can give via check/cheque to RENEWED Ministries and mail to RENEWED Ministries, P.O. Box 1229, Mishawaka, Indiana, USA 46546. You can also give on our website via PayPal at: www.renewed-ministries.org  Click on the “donate” button and follow the instructions.

We pray and look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your prayers and gifts to this ever expanding ministry. We believe God has GREATER things for us to do for Him and His Kingdom in 2021 and beyond and we need your prayers and financial support. So God’s richest and choicest blessings, grace and favour be with you, your family and loved ones always.

With deepest love and gratitude to each of you,

Yours in service of the Master,

Courtney Richards
