Children’s Church

Children’s Church is on Saturdays at 3:00 PM via ZOOM. Please contact Sisters Michelle Dinald or Carol Blake for the Link. You may also contact the Church Office.

Youth Ministries Meeting

The Youth Department meets each Friday at 7:30 pm via ZOOM. So please contact Sister Dionne Richards for the Link and join us.

Prayer Meeting and Bible Studies

Our weekly Prayer Meeting session every Wednesday starts at 7:00 PM on ZOOM and our Bible Study session follows at 8:00 PM on ZOOM and YouTube. The first hour is reserved for our prayer session on ZOOM.

Sunday Service

We transmit our Worship Services from the Sanctuary each Sunday at 9:00 a.m. via ZOOM and our YouTube Channel. The speaker for this Communion Sunday is Brother David Pearson. He is the Head of The Department of Theological Studies at CGST.

Other Announcements

The MCAJ National Men’s Ministry Movement presents Convention 2022 this afternoon at 4:00 pm. The theme is: Man Up and Rise to the Occasion-The Time is Ripe for a Spiritual Revival. The convention will be conducted in a hybrid format using the sanctuary at Grace Missionary Church and also on Zoom.

Secondly, today the MCAJ celebrates National Women’s Sunday. This is observed each year on the Sunday following International Women’s Day.

Also, the Tower Hill Missionary Women’s Ministry will be hosting a face to face Perpetual Praise Evening on Sunday March 13th, at 5:30 pm and all are invited. The Dress Code: Ladies (Jeans Skirt and White Top) and Gents  (Jeans Pants and White Top).

We announce, with sympathy, the passing of Ms. Linda Kerr, mother of our Sister Angella Dryden. The funeral service will be held at the Phillipo Baptist Church in Spanish Town on March 22, 2022 at 10: 00 am. Please support the family with your prayers, and attendance at the service if possible.

Finally, The MCAJ invites the participation and support of Grace Missionary Church, in the weekend Crusades and Online Weeks of Prayer as detailed below.

Prayers

Please continue to pray for God’s healing touch for our members who are at this time recuperating. Also, please remember to pray for the “Sick and Shut-Ins“, as well as those classified as vulnerable. In addition, remember to stay in touch with each other during our time of isolation and separation.

Covid-19 Containment Measures

The following is the updated national measures on Covid-19 under The Disaster Risk Management Act – September 07, 2020.

Curfew Hours

The nightly curfews start at midnight and end at 5:00 AM the following morning daily.

Funerals are allowed with a maximum of 100 persons within the facility, including clergy and mourners.

Burials are also allowed with a maximum of 100 persons. However, Burials are only allowed from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Burials are not allowed on Public Holidays.

Finally, Weddings are allowed with a maximum of 100 persons, and church attendance is limited by building size. Grace Missionary retains the maximum of 100 persons. So please register with the Church Office to reserve your space.

Also, please remember to pay very close attention to the periodic updates and advisories issued by the relevant authorities relating to COVID 19.

So please remember to call and pray with one another. Also, keep safe, practice social distancing, wash hands and clean surfaces regularly.

In addition, remember to wear your masks, sanitize, and maintain the 6 feet physical distance. Also, let us keep in touch and encourage each other, especially during these very challenging times.
