The Funeral service for our brother Desmond Bennett’s mother is scheduled for August 13, 2022, at Bethel Baptist Church. Let us continue to pray for the Bennetts during this time.
Also, let us continue to remember those from our Church family who are grieving the loss of close family members. A number of the Thanksgiving services were held during this past week and we pray for God’s comfort and strength for our brethren.
Do remember our brethren who are hospitalized or recovering from surgery. Let us keep surrounding them with our prayers and words of encouragement:
- Reverend Garnett Roper
- Sister Yvonne Wright
- Elder Mary Clarke
In addition, please pray about GMC’s Evangelism Thrust planned for the month of September. Let us also pray for God to speak through His servants who will deliver the Word and to those people we will invite to join us in the Sanctuary or via our online platforms to hear the gospel each Sunday during the month.
The MCAJ invites the participation and support of Grace Missionary Church in the following events.

During this week Jamaica celebrates Emancipation and the 60th anniversary of our Independence! We give thanks to Almighty God, who has brought our nation this far, and pray for His intervention in the challenges of crime and the breakdown in family values with which we are currently faced.
Please continue to pray for God’s healing touch for our members who are at this time recuperating. Also, please remember to pray for the “Sick and Shut-Ins“, as well as those classified as vulnerable. In addition, remember to stay in touch with each other during our time of isolation and separation.
