Ruth Smith-Sutherland is the current CEO of Wycliffe Caribbean. She is a member of the Eltham Missionary Church.

John Roomes, the previous CEO, is still a full-time member of the organisation but is now dedicating his time to focusing on strategic partnerships (JEA, EAC, GTP, WEA) for Bible Translation, strategic Scripture engagement and global missions.
