NEWS AND PRAYER UPDATE – AFRICA MISSIONS 2022
This is the RENEWED Ministries update for 24 July 2022, as provided by Reverend Courtney Richards.
Hello friends and prayer partners. After nearly 4 months in Africa, I’m getting ready to leave tomorrow to return to the USA (New York) and Jamaica (for the funeral of my stepfather). My son Oshane Campbell will be on the same flights with me to Johannesburg and then Dubai. Then he travels to Montego Bay, Jamaica, via Frankfurt, Germany. Please pray for safe and enjoyable travels for both of us.
It’s been a God-blessed, Spirit-anointed, and Christ-honouring time in Africa since April 1st. We’ve seen the hand of God expanding the ministry into other countries in Africa like Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Zambia, and in larger areas of South Africa with more to come!! We look forward to seeing hundreds of leaders trained and training others to make disciples “The Jesus Way” in these and other countries next year and in the years to come for the Kingdom and glory of God.
WE THANK GOD FOR DOZENS OF LEADERS TRAINED TO BE, MAKE AND MULTIPLY DISCIPLES THE JESUS WAY. ALSO, WE THANK GOD FOR HUNDREDS OF PERSONS INCLUDING YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE BECOME NEW DISCIPLES OF CHRIST THROUGH VARIOUS EVANGELISTIC, DISCIPLE-MAKING, AND SPORTS MINISTRIES. IN ADDITION, WE THANK GOD FOR TRANSFORMING MANY LIVES THROUGH PRISON MINISTRY, SCHOOL MINISTRY, YOUTH OUTREACH, MINISTRY TO THE HOMELESS AND TO SENIOR CITIZENS, COUNSELORS, SOCIAL WORKERS, etc. WHAT A GOD. GLORY TO THE MOST HIGH GOD. HALLELUJAH‼️
Thanks for your love, prayers, and support to me and all of us in RENEWED Ministries. Please continue to pray, love, and support us in 2023 and beyond, God willing, as we journey on in fulfilling God’s mission and vision for our lives to be like Jesus in every area of our lives. God willing, we are scheduled to be in Nepal and several African countries as early as April 2023. We are putting national organizing teams together.
Also, we are sending some of our leaders in Kenya and Uganda to go and meet with leaders in Rwanda, from Burundi, Goma in Congo, and from Rwanda itself as well as leaders in Tanzania and Malawi in their own countries. We want to get to know them, listen to their hearts, pray with them and seek to discover if they share the mission and vision of making disciples the Jesus way. The same thing is happening in 5 regions of South Africa. There is a momentum building as God gives us favor in these various countries in Africa that are part of our VISION25 to make disciples of the nations. YOU are a vital partner in VISION25 and what we are called to do as RENEWED Ministries.
Please begin to ask God about your role in supporting us in prayer and finances or some other way, like being a missions team member in the future. WE NEED YOU! And we are grateful to God for you and/or your church for walking and serving alongside us for the KINGDOM and GLORY of God!
